ANNUAL JOINT LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The IOOF and Rebekahs Annual Joint Leadership Programs bring together leaders from the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) and the International Association of Rebekah Assemblies (IARA) to set and pursue special missions for their respective terms. Each year, the leadership of these fraternal organizations, guided by principles like Friendship, Love, Truth, Faith, Hope, and Charity, selects a unique focus to advance their charitable and community service goals. These programs emphasize leadership development, encouraging members to engage in initiatives such as educational scholarships, environmental projects like the Living Legacy Program, and community support efforts, including the annual pilgrimage to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. By uniting the IOOF and Rebekahs, these programs strengthen their shared commitment to improving lives and fostering global fellowship.
