Odd Fellows LPN & CNA Nursing Certificate Scholarship
Endowed by the Grand Lodge of Iowa, lOOF. The award made possible by the Grand Lodge of Iowa is a Nursing scholarship for students enrolled in a CNA/LPN Certificate or diploma based program. It is based on leadership qualifications and financial need. Applicants must be a member of the Order or have a relative who is a member of an Odd Fellow or Rebekah Lodge.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Hold a high school degree or its equivalent and complete one semester in a college or university.
- Applicants must be, or have a relative who is a member of an Odd Fellow or Rebekah Lodge. A relative of an applicant shall be defined as the applicant’s living spouse, parent, grandparent, great grandparent, aunt, uncle, brother, sister or parent of a spouse of the applicant; and also shall include the applicant’s deceased spouse, parent, grandparent or great grandparent.
- The Application must be signed by the Secretary of the relative’s Odd Fellow or Rebekah Lodge, with the Lodge seal affixed, to verify membership.
- Leadership qualifications and financial need form an essential part of the Trustee’s review process and reflect the objectives sought by the Educational Foundation.
- The applicant must be pursuing an accredited academic nursing program and be enrolled (not waiting to hear) in an associate, baccalaureate, masters nursing program or other degree program nursing related field.
- CNA/LPN Certificate based programs are eligible for $1,000.00
- The deadline for submission of applications is May 15th.

Odd Fellows Degree Program Nursing Scholarship

The $4,000.00 award made possible by the Grand Lodge of Iowa is a Nursing scholarship for Degree Based Programs for students who have an interest in a Nursing Degree. It is based on leadership qualifications and financial need. Applicants must be a member of the Order or have a relative who is a member of an Odd Fellow or Rebekah Lodge.
